PAYMENT ON THE DAY OF SERVICE…

Payment for all services are required to be paid in full on the day of the service. An Invoice will be provided to you on the day of service and your payment can be paid by…

  • CASH
  • EFTPOS (Cheque or Savings)
  • CREDIT CARD (Mastercard/Visa)

 

REQUEST TO PAY BY BANK TRANSFER…

If you request to make your payment by Bank Transfer, a PRE-PAYMENT must be made prior to the day of service. Bank transfer payments cannot be processed on completion of the service

Please request an invoice from our office. Please email a copy of your payment receipt to our office confirming your payment has been processed. Failure to make your payment prior to the day of service will result in the service being cancelled.

 

IF YOU WONT BE PRESENT AT THE PROPERTY ON THE DAY OF SERVICE…

If you will not be present at the property on the day of service to make the payment – a PRE-PAYMENT must be made prior to the day of service.

Please request an invoice from our office. Please email a copy of your payment receipt to our office confirming your payment has been processed. Failure to make your payment prior to the day of service will result in the service being cancelled.

 

PAYMENTS FOR TERMITE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS…

Payment for Termite Management Systems are required to be paid in full on the day of the service. An Invoice will be provided to you on the day of service and your payment can be paid by…

  • CASH
  • EFTPOS (Cheque or Savings) ** an additional fee of 2.5% will apply.
  • CREDIT CARD (Mastercard/Visa) ** an additional fee of 2.5% will apply.
  • BANK TRANSFERS – For Termite Management System Invoices being paid by Bank Transfer, a PRE-PAYMENT must be made prior to the day of service. Bank transfer payments cannot be processed on completion of the service. An Invoice will be attached to your Termite Management System Booking Confirmation email. Please ensure a payment receipt is emailed to our office confirming your payment has been processed. Failure to make your payment prior to the day of service will result in the service being cancelled. If you do not agree to our payment terms, please be advised that we are not able to provide your service.

 

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS & PAYMENT PLANS…

Silk’s Pest Control does not provide Customer Accounts and does not offer Payment Plans or accept Part Payments for services.
