RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY…
As a small local business, any last minute changes to our bookings can impact our business greatly. When a booking is rescheduled or cancelled close to the appointment time, we often cannot refill that appointment, which then results in a loss of income for that day.
Our Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy for all bookings is as follows…
• Rescheduling or cancelling your booking for any reason within 72 hours of your booking will result in forfeiture of any free or discounted services that are included in your booking, OR where no free or discounted services are included in your booking – an additional fee of $75 will apply.
• If your booking is rescheduled or cancelled more than once for any reason, any free or discounted services included in your booking will be forfeited, OR where no free or discounted services are included in your booking – an additional fee of $75 will apply.
