From the efficient booking (for termites and general pests) with Nikki, to having Adam in my home to undertake the work, to the follow-up emails and documentation the next day, the whole process was professional and beneficial to me. Adam was knowledgeable and clearly very thorough as he spent time in the roof, under the house and knocking the walls. Additionally he was generous in the time he gave to explain how I could improve on my current management of my timber home (which is surrounded by vegetation). The cost was very reasonable. I was impressed, can highly recommend and and will use again.
