Would highly recommend Adam, he’s thorough with his work and offers great advice. I’ve used Adam previously on my old house and even wanted him to do the building and pest at my new place. While he unfortunately couldn’t offer that service, he went above and beyond and even found some information on the property for me prior to buying.
