5 STARS – Adam Silk of Silk’s Pest Control provided a very thorough termite and timber pest inspection with written report, as well as an internal pest control spray service at my house.

Adam was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He inspected every part of the house in detail (including using a thermal imaging camera) and took the time to explain any important findings to me. His recommended termite management system was tailored to my needs and circumstances, and took into account other existing issues with my property which he recommended that I engage builders, plumbers and landscapers to fix before installing the terminate management system in order to maximize its effectiveness.

He also advised me on how to prepare for the pest control spray treatment beforehand to get the best results (e.g. moving furniture away from walls) and how to maintain the effectiveness of the treatment once completed.

Overall I felt Adam was very helpful, reliable and straightforward. He was friendly and punctual, and his services were excellent value for money. I highly recommend Adam as a termite management and pest control expert.
